In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the mpo18 Platform in any capacity — including browsing without an account, registering a new account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the mpo18 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the mpo18 Platform and, if you hold an account, contact support to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to and use of the mpo18 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. mpo18 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services. Proof of age will be required during the KYC verification process.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted under the laws applicable to your location to access online gaming and sports betting services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. Opening an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of mpo18 or any of its affiliated game studio or payment partners.
• You do not hold an existing active or suspended mpo18 account. mpo18 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.

To access real-money gaming and betting features on mpo18, you must register a Member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and your preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for payment purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mpo18 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify mpo18 support immediately.

mpo18 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of mpo18 to accept or process any specific bet, wager, or game session.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household IP address, and per device. Multiple accounts detected for the same individual will all be suspended pending investigation.
• You must keep your registered contact details up to date. Outdated information that causes a failed withdrawal or missed security alert is the Member's responsibility.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any other person under any circumstances.
• mpo18 may, at any time and without prior notice, require a Member to complete additional identity verification steps before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims.

All financial transactions on the mpo18 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mpo18 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported methods and processing times are subject to change; the current schedule is published in the Member's account portal.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your mpo18 account are credited following confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. mpo18 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which mpo18 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. mpo18 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet channels and within one to three business hours for direct bank transfers, though processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume or additional security review.

• mpo18 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the ownership of any bank account or e-wallet used for deposits or withdrawals before processing a transaction.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered Member name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• Any Bonus Funds balance must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before the corresponding amount may be included in a withdrawal request.
• mpo18 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal pending completion of fraud, anti-money-laundering, or responsible gaming reviews.

mpo18 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin equivalents, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural and sporting events. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general conditions apply to all mpo18 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to verified Members only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or wager Bonus Funds.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Member, per household, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the Wagering Requirement; live table games, sportsbook bets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash at face value prior to satisfaction of the Wagering Requirement.
• mpo18 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted in to an active promotion at the time of amendment will be informed via their registered email address.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or the exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on the mpo18 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a studio's individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall take precedence with respect to account, financial, and conduct matters; the studio's rules govern game mechanics and outcome determination.

mpo18 operates as a platform intermediary for live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The outcome of all live dealer games is determined by physical dealing processes conducted at the provider's licensed studio facility and is not influenced by mpo18 in any manner.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for digital casino games, or by physical dealing and wheel-spin processes for live dealer games.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game session, mpo18 will endeavor to reconstruct the session state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed in the affected round may be voided and the corresponding stakes returned to the Member's balance.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform are final. mpo18 will not cancel or reverse a bet on the grounds of a Member's change of mind after the bet has been placed.
• mpo18 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error at incorrect odds or on a market that was published incorrectly due to a system error, and to correct the error by re-settling the affected bets at the correct odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo18 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing any restriction applied to an existing account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or place of residence.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, exploit, or algorithm to interact with any game, sportsbook market, or bonus system on the Platform in a manner not available to, or intended for, ordinary human users.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sportsbook market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to access another Member's account, or any administrative or backend system, without explicit authorization from mpo18.

mpo18 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices among all Members. Gaming on the mpo18 Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. mpo18 provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the Member dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

Members who feel their gaming activity is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact the mpo18 support team, who are trained to provide guidance and to facilitate access to self-exclusion and external support services. • mpo18 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. The Platform may not be accessed by persons under 21.
• Self-exclusion requests will be implemented within 24 hours of receipt and will remain in force for the period requested by the Member, with a minimum self-exclusion duration of six months.
• During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent to the Member's registered contact details.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure of security measures, even if mpo18 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mpo18's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their mpo18 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mpo18 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mpo18 takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability and data integrity, no warranty is given that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Members in advance where practicable.

mpo18 collects, processes, and retains personal data about Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

mpo18 will not sell, rent, or transfer a Member's personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without that Member's explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, game studios, and fraud-prevention service providers strictly as necessary to deliver and secure the mpo18 service.

mpo18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mpo18 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to mpo18.
• The Member is subject to a self-exclusion order or has been identified as a problem gambler by mpo18's responsible gaming monitoring systems.

A Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mpo18 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting platforms. mpo18 operates under an international gaming license and is regulated by its licensing authority with respect to game fairness, financial integrity, and player protection standards.

mpo18 acknowledges that online gambling occupies a complex regulatory position in Indonesia. By registering and using the mpo18 Platform, each Member confirms that they have independently assessed the legal status of online gaming in their jurisdiction and that they access the Platform at their own risk and discretion. mpo18 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between a Member and mpo18 that cannot be resolved through the mpo18 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under international commercial arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

mpo18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to existing Members via their registered email address at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be implemented without prior notice.

Your continued use of the mpo18 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
